The skill of dance - this is the early manifestation of people creation, which was born simultaneously with the advent of man as the natural physiological need for the rhythmical motion. Dance arose from the diverse motions and the gestures, connected with the working processes and the emotional impressions of man from the surrounding peace. With the centuries, undergoing artistic generalization, dance acquired independently importance, and in each people their dancing traditions were formed. Before the First World War in Europe large dancing competitions has already been conducted, for example, in Paris, Berlin and Baden- Baden. However, prior to the middle of the Thirties they were in- basic closed, since there existed neither professional nor amateurish international dancing organization.
